Re: Check one two

Nah Man I'm going for my old schedule that worked. Adderall, neurontin, colonopin. It was the anti-depressants that threw the wrench in the engine. I know it sounds like a Charlie parker buRRoughs Phillip K dick recipe. But for sake of sake I WAS AS HAPPY and productive as CAN BE!!! I LoVe u Mike. From Soul to Soul i will always be in allegiance to your wisdom. I hiked in the dark of Woods last night. An Hour Hike. I too will walk. i am not in the state to live without the meds but i agree totally with your statements

If your doc wants you to try a bipolar type med, see if you can start with really small doses.

> Well, I can only speak for myself right now. I am done with all psych meds. They are all shitty. I have realized that for me, there is no magic pill and there is no quick fix. If you haven't found a med that works yet, there might not be one. And all most none of them work long term. The modern understanding of psychology and psych meds is still in the dark ages; nobody is connecting the dots yet with the physical body and the genes/epigenome. Psychiatrists are the overpaid blackjack dealers at the Pharmaceutical Casino and they just experiment blindly with people based on crappy Pharmaceutical Company driven research that only achieves significance with unethically bloated sample sizes and absolutely no long-term therapeutic effects or clinical significance whatsoever. As far as doctors go, few of them know shit. They just think they do. I need to emphasize to you that I recommend an aggressive exercise regimen for you. Start by taking long easy walks, like 2 hours minimum. Then focus on increasing the intensity. And try to completely eliminate sugar and simple carbs, especially soda, juices, and flour based stuff. The results will be more gradual, but it is the only thing that will actually work long-term. Always remember that the mind and body are one thing. There is nothing that is psychological that is not also physical. There is nothing that is physical that is not also psychological. If you feel like you are going to hurt yourself, then definitely tell someone so they can lock you up in some shitty place for a while. Ask to get your hormones checked with an endocrinologist. You may be mad, but who gives a fuck. Work on feeling better and getting more energy. Exercise and healthy food can do this. We need to get healthy and make our mad marks on this world, because you know what?; the world is completely full of shit right now and we are two of the most honest, sanest motherfuckers on this crazy rolling rock. Everyone is busy chasing their carrots and polluting and destroying the world and watching people in Africa starve to death and they think we're crazy? Fuck them! The world needs us and it is our duty to get in shape so we can make the world a better place in our own way. In our names. It is our prime directive.
